Horizon Labs Africa provides software development services, smart agriculture technology solutions, and related products including:

  • Web design and development services
  • Web and mobile application development
  • Smart agriculture software (Imvelo, TreeAI, GeoSense, Eco Eswatini)
  • API access for developers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Access and Subscriptions

API access to our services is provided on a subscription basis at $50 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality on our website and services are owned by Horizon Labs Africa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
